The terms that govern your orders with us.
By placing an order or using the services on this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
All orders are subject to our confirmation. Where an order includes a digital proof, the job proceeds only after your approval. It is your responsibility to check artwork, sizes and spelling on the proof before approval.
Listed prices are starting prices and include VAT where applicable. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout or in your quote. We accept major cards, PayPal and, for trade customers, BACS invoices on approved terms.
Stated turnaround times begin once artwork is approved. Delivery times are estimates; we aim to meet them but cannot be liable for courier delays outside our control.
Screen colours differ from print. We proof and colour-check each job. If a printed job is genuinely defective we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
Custom printed goods are produced to your specification and generally cannot be returned. If we've made an error, we'll make it right. You may cancel an order before production begins.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
